To our clients and their furry companions:

We have revised guidelines that we will be following to help keep our community safe, as well as continue to treat our patients.

Clients will still need to call from their vehicle when they arrive and notify us of which spot they are parked in.

Clients will need to wait in their vehicles or outside until their exam room is ready, at which time, a technician will escort clients and their pets into their assigned exam room.

If you are feeling sick we do ask that you remain in your car. Masks are now optional for clients entering the building.

At the conclusion of the appointment, all clients will exit the building with their pet and wait to be checked out per the previous curbside protocol.

If a pet requires additional testing, we will have the clients wait in their car while the staff runs the diagnostics and performs treatments.

All other types of appointments such as technician appointments and discharges for in-hospital patients, post-op surgeries, etc., will be curbside only.

We will continue to offer curbside service for those clients who do not wish to enter the building.
